We are very fortunate to have NON-GMO soybeans which is one of the most cultivated oil crop in India. Lecipure uses its premium quality lecithin in the manufacturing of Infant grade Lecithin. As we are aware that, lecithin refers to a group of fatty acids found in the tissues of the human body. On this basis, we can say that lecithin plays an essential role in the biological functioning of the human body, and it can play an important role in the mental and physical development of children.

Lecipure’s infant grade Soy lecithin is primarily used in infant formulas, particularly in ready-to-feed or concentrated liquid products. Its emulsification, wetting, and dispersing properties aid in the dilution of infant formulas in hot and cold liquids, such as water, for reconstitution. Lecithin also improves the stability of these products by preventing surface oiling, creaming, and sedimentation.
The specifications of the “Neonate” are in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No. 231/2012, with the new specifications for lead and mercury as well as cadmium and microbiological norms. The amount of residual protein in our infant lecithin is kept to a minimum level so that the possibility of allergens or hypersensitivity can be avoided and complies with (Regulation (EU) 2016/128) to the existing regulation on food intended for infants and young children. Our product is Non -GMO with identity preserved & meets EC-1829/2003 & EC-1830/2003 for complete traceability. It also complies with the Annexure II of Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008, lecithin (E 322) is permitted in food categories 13.1.1 of infant formulae and 13.1.5.1 of dietary foods for infants. Our product is suitable for Vegetarians, Vegans, Kosher & Halal.
